I have forgotten my password, how do I request a new one?

Simply click on "Sign In" at the top of the page, click 'Forgot Your Password?' and enter your email address in the box provided. Your new password will then be sent to the email address provided within 24 hours. Please ensure you check your junk/spam folder.
If the email is not recognized, you will be required to create a new account.
