You can return your online purchase within 30 days for a refund, provided it meets the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made to the original card used to pay for the purchase.
- Items returned to our warehouse will be refunded within 10 business days of receiving your package.
- Credit and Debit payment refunds should appear in your account within 5 business days.
- PayPal payments can take up to 7 days.
Terms and Conditions
We cannot accept returns for any purchases made within department store locations. Please return your item to the retailer where it was purchased from.
- You cannot return purchases outside of the returns period unless the item is defective.
- Gifts bought online cannot be exchanged and will be refunded to the original buyer.
- The returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them.
- We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your returned items.
- In the case that a return has been rejected, we will contact you within 10 days.
- Proof of return is required should you need to contact us about your return.
What Cannot Be Returned
- For home deliveries, orders that you received more than 30 days ago.
- Items you have opened or unsealed other than where necessary to inspect.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and face masks cannot be returned
